Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, in their original packaging with all original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return Label – Customer Responsibility
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent by us. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by VogueHill after approval by our support team.

Return Shipment
All returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team. In-person returns are not accepted. Customers should use a reliable courier service and ensure items are securely packaged.

  • Change of mind: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Damaged or defective product: Return shipping cost will be covered by VogueHill upon verification.
  • Wrong item received: Return shipping cost will be covered by VogueHill upon verification.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for approved returns that meet our eligibility requirements. Items that are not returned in original condition, or returned without approval, will not qualify for a refund. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, customized products, personal hygiene or beauty items, hazardous materials, gift cards, and items marked as “Final Sale.”

Refund Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Day 1–3: Return inspection and approval.
  • Day 4–7: Refund initiation from VogueHill to the payment processor.
  • Day 8–10: Processing by banks or credit card providers before funds reflect in your account.

Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange. The original item must be returned first. Once the return is approved, a new order for the replacement item can be placed. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@voguehill.shop with photos of the product and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
