Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard shipping generally takes 8–10 business days, resulting in an estimated delivery window of 9–12 business days total.

Shipping Methods

Tracking Updates

Address Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at help@voguehill.shop or through live chat. Once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Wrong Address or Contact Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or email, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping. VogueHill is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

Order Cancellations

Currently, VogueHill ships only within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
